How can you stop?

  • Reduce the quantity of intake initially and then stop
  • Avoid party drinking and company drinking
  • Avoid stress burster drinking
  • Daily exercise and being health conscious have proven to reduce alcohol dependance
  • Find alternatives of stress bursters like spending with family, reading books, having a heavy meals, visiting a church or reading a bible
  • If you believe that Jesus Christ can help you overcome your addiction of alcohol intake, pray with sincere belief, you will find miracles happening

  • some may not have any early symptoms or disease

  • Some may have physical dependence to alcohol. Such individuals need a good psychotherapy with psychiatry team .
