YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR

When Jesus Touches, Nothing Remains the Same

The Bible says in Mark 5:27–29, that a woman who had suffered for twelve years came behind Jesus and touched His garment. She had spent everything she had on doctors, yet she was not getting better. But the moment she touched Jesus, her bleeding stopped.

She didn’t need a long conversation with Jesus.
She didn’t need a perfect prayer.
She simply believed:

“If I just touch His clothes, I will be healed.”

And Jesus said:

“Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.” — Mark 5:34

Jesus is still the healer.

There are moments when medicine reaches its limit.
There are moments when human strength reaches its limit.
There are moments when every door seems closed.

But Jesus is not limited by our limitations.

The blind cried out—and Jesus opened their eyes.
The lame were brought to Him—and they walked.
The lepers came to Him—and they were cleansed.
The dead were brought before Him—and He called them back to life.

The same Jesus who healed the sick is the Jesus we worship today.

But here is something even more powerful:

Jesus doesn’t only heal bodies. He heals broken lives.

He heals the heart that has been wounded.
He restores the person who has lost hope.
He forgives the sinner who thinks they are too far gone.
He gives peace to the person living in fear.

Sometimes Jesus changes the situation.

Sometimes Jesus gives us strength in the situation.

But in both situations, He remains Lord.

“I am the LORD who heals you.” — Exodus 15:26

So today, don’t look at the size of your problem.

Look at the greatness of your Jesus.
