Interpreting Fibro scan result

Fibroscan is a very useful non invasive tool for diagnosis of fatty liver, early fibrosis and Liver cirrhosis. In patient’s with risk factors like diabetes, metabolic illness, obesity, hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infections, a fibroscan or fibrotouch should be performed to look for fatty liver/ fibrosis / cirrhosis.
