Every 6 monthly
- CBC+ ESR
- HbA1c
- RFT with Uric Acid
- Urine Routine
- Urine Spot PCR
Every Yearly
- All the above test +
- LFT
- Eye Check Up with an ophthalmologist to rule out diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma
- 12 lead ECG
- Xray Chest PA view
- Thyroid Function Test
- Fasting Lipid Profile
- S. Vitamin B12, S. Vitamin D3, S. Calcium
- Ultrasound abdomen
The frequency of testing and additional investigations may change from patient to patient based on treating physicians discretion
